- Risks due to incorrect anchorage of the device on the Operating Table: verify the fastening of the base before initiating the registration procedure.
- The system is not suitable for use in the presence of a flammable, anesthetic mixture with air, oxygen, or nitrous oxide environment.
- Do not move or displace the head once the head holder interface arm has been attached to the Chin Holder.
- Do not run the Jack System once the head holder interface arm has been attached to the Chin Holder.
- Do not open the device. In case of a problem, do not intervene: maintenance and service operations must only be carried out by Brain Navi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. personnel or any of the approved representatives.
- Do not modify this equipment without authorization of the manufacturer.
- Use of this device adjacent to or stacked with other equipment should be avoided because it could result in improper operation. If such use is necessary, this device and the other equipment should be observed to verify that they are operating normally.
